Do you offer fleet contracts?
Yes.   We offer our quality service to businesses and corporate fleets. We can service large vehicles as well including trucks, buses, and vans. Pebco also provides computerised records and takes all major fleet cards.

How long does it take to fix my vehicle?
This of course depends on the type of repairs that are to be preformed, availability of parts, and the current work load. However, most jobs are finished in a matter of 1-2 days. Remember courtesy cars are available.

Do you service imports?
Yes.   We service every make and model of consumer vehicle.

Do you service diesel or LPG engines?
Yes.   We not only service any type of engines, but can convert petrol engines for LPG or dual-fuel.

What about motorcycles?
Due to the highly specialised and technology-specific nature of modern motorcycles, we no longer accept any request to service or repair motorcycles.

How much will it cost?
Our prices are fair. We are not the cheapest place in town in order to pay for such a high quality staff - training - and guarantee our work. You can find cheaper repair shops, but you will save money by doing it right the first time - with PEBCO.

Do you offer discounts?
We have promotions from time to time, and a popular customer loyalty program that offers discounts on a range of services. Give us a call to ask about how we can save you money.

Can I pay over time?
Yes.   We have financing available, but you will have to speak with us about the details. You may even be able to receive rebates for labor and/or parts.

Are there rebates available?
Yes.   This of course depends on the type of repair and parts purchased, and we would be more than happy to offer you rebates along with any other cost savings. Just give us a call to find out more.

What type of payments are accepted?
Accept Cash, Cheque, All Major Credit Cards, EFPOS, and Barter Card (advance notice required for Barter Card payments). Also note that interest free finance is available.

Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We have a free towing and protection plan after your first visit, and are backed by RAC, BOSCH, and MTA. However, we do like to stress doing everything right the first time, so our customers rarely have to use these extra services.

How can I get a quote?
Simply bring your vehicle by the shop, or give us a call. Please be aware that accurate quotes can only be given if the vehicle is inspected.

Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
Yes.   We can pick up your vehicle within the local area, and deliver it as well. We also have courtesy cars available.

Good question. No matter how much we show you our qualifications; one of the best indicators is to hear from previous customers. We have a sample on our quality page, and even more at the shop. In the end though, we are confident that you will be convinced after your first visit.
